These Terms and Conditions govern your use of stratoscampaigns.com and the purchase of campaign materials through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Stratos Campaigns reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Stratos Campaigns provides custom printed campaign materials including yard signs, large format signs, palm cards, and related products. All products are printed to order based on designs provided by or created by the customer. Colors may vary slightly between screen display and final print due to differences in display technology and print processes.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are final for that order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing errors occur.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of order. Stratos Campaigns does not store credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Customers are solely responsible for all content, text, images, and designs included in their orders. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local election laws and campaign finance regulations. Stratos Campaigns is not responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of customer-provided content. All orders require acknowledgment of a political disclaimer at checkout.
Production begins after order review and design approval. Standard production times vary by product and quantity. Shipping times are in addition to production time and depend on the delivery method selected. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will receive email updates as their order progresses.
Because all products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the affected items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Customers retain ownership of their designs and content. By placing an order, you grant Stratos Campaigns a limited license to use your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use, distribute, or share your designs for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Stratos Campaigns's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to lost campaigns, election outcomes, or any political consequences.
